We have found that problems with signing in are primarily caused by:

1. Fourth Edition Password/E-mail Address:
If you have previously registered with careerguide.org to access resources for the 4th edition, you will need to create a new account with Kuder for 5th edition resources. You may use the same e-mail address and password at your option.

2. Cookie Settings:
Refer to your browser's help section on how to set your browser to accept cookies. In addition, make sure that your computer's time and date are set correctly.

2. Strict Internet Security Software Settings:
If you are using Internet security software, ensure the software is configured to allow you login access to the kuder.com domain. Please refer to your internet security software help topics for configuration help, or contact your Internet security software administrator.
