Kuder Congratulates Dr. Wei, Kuder Early Career Scientist

Kuder would like to congratulate and recognize Meifen Wei, Ph.D., 2009 recipient of the Fritz and Linn Kuder Early Career Scientist/Practitioner Award. The award is presented by the American Psychological Association, Society of Counseling Psychology and was established to honor early career achievement in both the science of and the practice of counseling psychology. Dr. Wei is currently an associate professor for the Department of Psychology at Iowa State University.

Kuder Recognized for 10-Year ACA Membership

Kuder was honored this year as a 10-year member of the American Counseling Association (ACA). Kuder has attended their conference annually and looks to ACA for their leadership, advocacy, and knowledge of the counseling industry.

According to their web site, ACA is a not-for-profit, professional and educational organization that is dedicated to the growth and enhancement of the counseling profession. Their mission is to enhance the quality of life in society by promoting the development of professional counselors, advancing the counseling profession, and using the profession and practice of counseling to promote respect for human dignity and diversity. At Kuder, we respect this mission and the work of ACA and plan to continue to serve as a member of this distinguished organization.

Training Opportunities & Conference Events

This spring, we will be busy attending many industry conferences and conducting face-to-face training sessions across the county. We will also host various online training sessions and webinars to help you use Kuder solutions more effectively.

Two significant events that we would like to highlight include:

American Association of Community Colleges conference social event on Sunday, April 18 at 7:00 p.m. If you are attending this conference in Seattle and would like to join our event, please RSVP to Erin Puetz at puetze@kuder.com.
National Career Pathways Network pre-conference workshop in October. Kuder will host this interactive, professional development workshop to highlight the importance of college planning and career guidance tools.
