Kuder^® Coach Career and Education Planning Services Now Available

This month marks the launch of Kuder^® Coach career and education planning services for students and adults led by Kuder’s faculty of Global Career Development Facilitators, who are available by phone and online.

“The purpose of Kuder Coach is to offer live, confidential support to those in need of assistance in setting and achieving their goals for the future,” said Erin Harrington, director of coaching services.  

“Coaching is a natural extension of the services we provide at Kuder,” said Phil Harrington, president. “At the core of our mission is the commitment to raising the career aspirations of students and adults through self-assessment and education,” he said. “We’re achieving that with our online solutions, but through coaching, we’re reaching out and connecting with them one-on-one to help them succeed.”

Kuder Coach services are ideal for:

• Middle and high school students who need help navigating college and career options.
• Adults who are between jobs, or want to change or advance their career.
• Postsecondary students who are undecided in their choice of major and/or career plans.

Kuder Coach packages include three 45-minute phone sessions, a lifelong Kuder^® Navigator account (for middle school and high school students) or a Kuder^® Journey account (for adults), and guidance on using skills, interests, and work values assessment results to explore career and education opportunities.
