Returns Information
25% of your purchases of active titles may be
returned for a refund provided your return is received within three months of the
original invoice date. Prior authorization is required.
Eligible titles
All returns must be in condition to be resold as new, and must have been purchased directly from Kuder, Inc. A refund will be issued if invoice information (including the invoice number) is included with the return. Damaged books, used books, and titles otherwise ineligible may not be returned.
Damaged Titles
Titles damaged in transit by the carrier must be
reported immediately to Customer Service so that a claim may be filed.
Multimedia
Multimedia, including software in the form of
floppy disks, CD-ROMs, video and audio tapes and CDs, plus codes for Internet
access are ineligible for returns if the sealed packaging is opened. Take Hold
of Your Future includes Internet access codes. If the codes have been used or
activated, the returns will be considered ineligible.
Freight Charges
Returns freight charges are the customer’s
responsibility. Returns must be shipped prepaid by traceable means and be
accompanied with a packing list indicating quantity and titles returned.
