We’re excited to share a video we recorded during a recent visit to Cullman High School, where the statewide Alabama Career Planning System, powered by Kuder® is being used by students and teachers to meet the unique academic requirements and college and career readiness standards set forth by the Alabama State Department of Education.

The video features Sean Stevens, Alabama State Department of Education administrator for counseling and guidance, who describes the system’s role in schools and the impact it has on education and economic development stakeholders alike. During our conversation with Stevens, he said, “I believe that the Alabama Career Planning System is the very best investment the state of Alabama has put forward to help students discover their passions.”

The video also features interviews with Dr. Susan Patterson, Cullman City Schools superintendent; Amy Gleaton, a career and technical education teacher; Stacey Tankersley, a health sciences teacher; and BreAnna Turner, an 11th grade student.
