Kuder has been named an approved career information system provider by the Iowa State Board of Education (SBE).

Kuder Navigator® – recently named an EdTech Digest Cool Tool Award finalist – is an online career planning system that provides students in grades 6-12 with the tools necessary for lifelong career success, including Kuder's research-based career assessments that measure interests, skills, and work values.

Based on more than 75 years of ongoing research, the Kuder assessments serve as a powerful springboard for career planning and are  best-in-class for their validity and reliability.

In a June 2016 announcement by the Iowa Department of Education, each Iowa school district must use a career information and decision-making system that supports the requirements for the career and academic planning process established in statute and meets the standards adopted by the SBE  in compliance with Iowa Administrative Code Chapter 49.

The announcement also outlined Iowa House File 2392 Division I—Individual Career and Academic Planning (ICAP), which calls for the establishment of a system focused on the student experience and preparation for postsecondary success. .
