Vice President of Professional Services
Dora Grote is the vice president of professional services for Kuder. She oversees the company’s delivery of real-time career and education planning support for students and adults through the Kuder® Coach™ program and works with client organizations to develop and implement customized coaching programs.
Dora manages the administration of Kuder’s professional development courses and serves as an instructor for Kuder Career Advisor Training®and Kuder® Career Development Facilitator Training. In addition, she manages a team of international field trainers and organizes product training schedules.
Prior to joining Kuder in 2013, Dora worked in both corporate and postsecondary education settings as a business coach, director of coaching, adult literacy consultant, and instructor.
Dora’s experience includes coaching and mentoring personnel and students; teaching project, business, and career management courses; and organizing and leading in-service teacher training sessions. Dora began her career in information technology. In her current role, she draws on her technical skills to streamline coach processes and procedures.
Dora is a certified Global Career Development Facilitator-Instructor and Business Coach Consultant. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Phoenix, a master’s degree in business from William Penn University, and is a Ph.D. candidate in general psychology at Walden University.
Dora is a member of the American Counseling Association, the American Psychological Association, the American School Counselor Association, the National Career Development Association, the National Employment Counseling Association, Psi Chi (the International Honor Society for Psychology), the Society for the of Teaching of Psychology – Division 2, and the Society of Counseling Psychology – Division 17.
