Executive Vice President of Global Sales
Shawn Gilson leads Kuder’s global sales strategy and operations. With a focus on furthering the value of the Kuder brand, he works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption and alignment of Kuder’s solutions to clients’ goals and objectives, with a focus on driving incremental revenue, value and ROI.
Shawn is an accomplished executive with 25 years of experience in sales and marketing, operations, brand development, and organizational management. Prior to joining Kuder, he served as assistant vice president of sales distribution development for ACT, Inc. In this role, he managed distribution channels and partnerships to streamline the delivery of education and workforce solutions to clients across the Kindergarten-to-career continuum. Prior to this, Shawn held various roles of increasing responsibility at Maytag, B/S/H, and Allsteel.
Shawn holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Iowa and an MBA from Drake University.
