Career and Technical Education Month® (CTE Month®) in February is a public awareness campaign to celebrate the value of CTE and its achievements.

Financial Aid Awareness Month (#FinAidFeb) offers up opportunities for college-bound students to learn about scholarships, grants, loans, and the Federal Application for Student Aid (FAFSA).

Black History Month serves as a tribute to the generations of African Americans who struggled with adversity to achieve full citizenship in America. Review teacher-specific resources to engage in thoughtful classroom discussions, and use hashtag #BlackHistoryMonth to help promote awareness of these teachings throughout the month of February.

This observance helps bring awareness to the unique struggles that racial and ethnic minority communities face regarding mental illness in the United States. During July, we also celebrate Wild About Wildlife Month, which is a great time of year for parents to get outside and educate their children about the protection of wildlife around the world.
