Elementary Career Development Activities

Teachers and parents – are you looking for a way to engage young learners in fun career awareness and career exploration activities? We’ve got you covered with home learning materials you can put to immediate use with K-5 students. And, since distance learning has become the norm, we made sure they’re easy to implement outside the classroom.

Grade Level: K-1
Shop ’Til You Drop

In this activity, students identify and count money. They'll connect coins and bills with place values by setting up a grocery store with a toy register (or a shoebox if one isn’t handy), play money, and grocery items.
