Here at Kuder, we appreciate our clients each and every day. We realize it can come off as mushy, but we really do love our clients — here are a few reasons why.
1. You make us look forward to Mondays.
OK, well, maybe not all of us look forward to Mondays (we're only human after all). But while most people are familiar with the saying “TGIF,” Kuder associates who work with Charlie Winterboer, a senior client engagement specialist, have often heard him say, “TGIM!” Charlie insists Monday is his favorite day because he enjoys his job that much.
As a member of the client engagement team, Charlie assists clients from all of over the United States. When asked what he likes most about working at Kuder, Charlie cheerfully said, “I've always enjoyed working with and helping other people. I'm motivated by the great atmosphere here and the great customers we assist. There have been many times when I was able to resolve a client's issue and the gratitude that they express at that moment is priceless!”
Although we all look forward to Friday, Charlie's attitude tends to be contagious, and it's safe to say his words mirror the enthusiasm of all Kuder associates.
2. You're leading the way.
Helping students and adults plan for and achieve lifelong career success is what drives us at Kuder. And we're grateful for the fact that every single day we have the opportunity to work with individuals who are striving to do the same.
Our daily interactions with current and prospective clients assure us that people all over the world are dedicating time, energy, and resources to building better futures for individuals, school districts, states, private organizations, and even nations who are seeking to establish effective career and education planning systems, professional development programs, and other solutions.
Kuder is proud to provide service to such an outstanding group of leaders who share in our vision to help people discover and achieve what they want to be.
3. You help us offer better solutions.
For more than 80 years, Kuder has been offering reliable, evidence-based career guidance solutions to more than 150 million people of all ages, and for populations throughout the world. We work tirelessly to be innovative and forward-thinking in our approach to product and solution design.
Over the years, our clients have always been willing to share feedback that helps us build and implement better products and services. We're grateful for the honesty and ideas our clients provide, and many of our product enhancements wouldn't have been possible without the open lines of communication we have.
4. You give us opportunities to make a global difference.
At Kuder, we’re not interested in “big data” telling us the income, age, race, or educational backgrounds of a “target demographic.” Our goal is to help all learners, of every age, in any nation. Sure, a good number of our clients are here in the United States; but our global presence is growing — and we couldn't be happier.
Our clients across the globe have given us the opportunity to travel and network with people we may not have met otherwise, and our experiences have opened our eyes to education and career planning and guidance needs of nations that are vastly different than in the United States.
International experiences and the exposure to such diversity have only served to better Kuder. Working with clients who challenge us to consider things from another point of view, customize services to meet culturally-specific needs, and think outside of the box equates to both professional and personal growth for Kuder associates. And who doesn't love that?
5. You believe in us.
Walt Disney once said, “Do what you do so well that they will want to come back and bring their friends.” Anyone who spends their days trying to gain and maintain happy clients will tell you that word of mouth is better than any kind of paid advertising. That's why Kuder is so appreciative of the kudos we get from our clients!
When testimonials come into our inboxes, or we receive videos and success stories, or we're mentioned in Tweets showcasing students using our system or our trainers in action, or even when one of our own children talks to us about taking a Kuder assessment, the effect is twofold. Thank you for sharing your stories that demonstrate how Kuder is making a positive difference in the world.
Throughout the years, our loyal clients have supported us and motivated us to continue to do what we do.
So, once again, thank you!
