It's officially Client Appreciation Week here at Kuder and, although we appreciate our clients each and every day, we're making sure to keep our gratitude top of mind this week. We realize it can come off as mushy, but we really do love our clients — here are a few reasons why.


1. You make us look forward to Mondays.Happy Monday

OK, well, maybe not all of us look forward to Mondays (we're only human after all). But while most people are familiar with the saying “TGIF,” Kuder associates who work with Charlie Winterboer, a senior client engagement specialist, have often heard him say, “TGIM!” Charlie insists Monday is his favorite day because he enjoys his job that much.

As a member of the client engagement team, Charlie assists clients from all of over the United States. When asked what he likes most about working at Kuder, Charlie cheerfully said, “I've always enjoyed working with and helping other people. I'm motivated by the great atmosphere here and the great customers we assist. There have been many times when I was able to resolve a client's issue and the gratitude that they express at that moment is priceless!”

Although we all look forward to Friday, Charlie's attitude tends to be contagious, and it's safe to say his words mirror the enthusiasm of all Kuder associates.

Helping students and adults plan for and achieve lifelong career success is what drives us at Kuder. And we're grateful for the fact that every single day we have the opportunity to work with individuals who are striving to do the same.

We're grateful for the honesty and ideas our clients provide, and many of our product enhancements wouldn't have been possible without the open lines of communication we have.

At Kuder, we’re not interested in “big data” telling us the income, age, race, or educational backgrounds of a “target demographic.” Our goal is to help all learners, of every age, in any nation. Sure, a good number of our clients are here in the United States; but our global presence is growing — and we couldn't be happier.

Our clients across the globe have given us the opportunity to travel and network with people we may not have met otherwise, and our experiences have opened our eyes to education and career planning and guidance needs of nations that are vastly different than in the United States.

International experiences and the exposure to such diversity have only served to better Kuder. Working with clients who challenge us to consider things from another point of view, customize services to meet culturally-specific needs, and think outside of the box equates to both professional and personal growth for Kuder associates. And who doesn't love that?
