The partnership between Kuder and the Louisiana Workforce Commission (LWC) continues to grow and expand to offer this comprehensive solution to thousands of workers experiencing extraordinary stress during times of job loss or uncertainty.
“Having hope for the future is essential to moving toward career goals. Many people in Louisiana are dealing with the trauma of job loss coupled with health issues and restoring their livelihood after devastating hurricanes, and have expressed their gratitude for the resources provided within Hope Central. It is a powerful holistic approach to addressing the needs of the unemployed, underemployed, and the community,” said Tanya Essien, Certified Hope-Action Theory Practitioner and Training Manager for Kuder.
Kuder and LWC are striving to help individuals experiencing hardship get back on their feet again with a renewed sense of hope for their future. Hope Central assists job seekers in adapting to today’s challenging job market by offering exceptional career guidance resources and proven frameworks that empower and encourage these workers to move in the right direction toward finding a successful and fulfilling career.
Hope Central will continue to provide Louisiana residents with free online services such as a stress resiliency toolkit, hope-action assessments, mental health wellness guides and tools for employers on how to create and maintain healthy work environments.
