Working together to strengthen mental health support for dislocated workers.

Kuder is excited to announce that we’ve joined the National Association of Workforce Boards (NAWB) Business Alliance program. Together, we’re working with workforce development boards across the country to provide a stream of resources for dislocated workers dealing with the trauma of job loss, including the social, emotional and mental effects of career recovery.

Over the next 12 months, NAWB and Kuder will host webinars focused on social and emotional learning, provide information on career planning and advisement activities, create resources and tools, and more.

“We’re honored to join forces with NAWB to support our nation’s workforce,” said Kuder Chairman and CEO Phil Harrington. “Through our combined efforts, we can make a real difference by supporting whole-self career recovery and post-traumatic growth for Americans who are finding themselves unemployed in the midst of a pandemic.”
