Help every Colorado student meet Postsecondary and Workforce Readiness expectations, complete Individual Career and Academic Plans, and demonstrate readiness through Graduation Guidelines with the tools districts need to track progress, support planning, and scale outcomes across schools.
Colorado’s college and career readiness framework is built around Postsecondary and Workforce Readiness (PWR), which requires students to demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and behaviors needed for success after high school. At the center of this system is the Individual Career and Academic Plan (ICAP), a required multi-year planning process for all students in grades 9 through 12.
ICAP is not a static document but an ongoing process that includes career exploration, academic planning, goal setting, and portfolio development. Students must also meet Graduation Guidelines by demonstrating competency in English and Math through a flexible Menu of Options, including assessments, coursework, credentials, or capstone experiences.
Districts are required to track and report readiness outcomes through the Graduation Guidelines File, ensuring each student meets at least one approved measure for graduation.
Kuder Navigator provides a unified platform Colorado districts can use to manage ICAP implementation, support Meaningful Career Conversations, track Graduation Guidelines completion, and report readiness outcomes across schools.
Students engage in structured career development beginning in middle school. Educators guide individualized planning and goal setting. District leaders gain real-time dashboards showing ICAP progress, readiness indicators, and system-wide outcomes.

Colorado students develop and maintain an Individual Career and Academic Plan as an ongoing process that supports self-discovery, career exploration, and postsecondary planning. Through ICAP, students set goals, explore pathways, and build a portfolio that demonstrates readiness for life after graduation.
Navigator supports students in building and maintaining their ICAP, exploring career pathways, and preparing for Graduation Guidelines through aligned academic, career, and experiential learning activities.
Navigator Delivers:
Colorado districts must ensure all students participate in ICAP, demonstrate readiness through Graduation Guidelines, and meet Postsecondary and Workforce Readiness expectations. This includes supporting Meaningful Career Conversations, tracking student progress, and reporting outcomes through the state’s data pipeline.
Districts must also ensure students meet competency benchmarks using approved measures and maintain accurate reporting through the Graduation Guidelines File.
Kuder provides the infrastructure districts need to manage Colorado college and career readiness at scale, supporting ICAP implementation, pathway alignment, and readiness tracking across schools.
