Frequently Asked Questions

For Students:

    • To log in to Kuder Galaxy, please visit galaxy.kuder.com
    • To log in to Kuder Navigator, please visit navigator.kuder.com
    • To log in to Kuder Journey, please visit journey.kuder.com
    • Users located in an area with an active statewide system powered by Kuder can find their appropriate login page by selecting their system from this list
    • Users with a custom landing page should refer back to their own school or organization for their custom login link, or contact Kuder Client Engagement. 
    • Some of our clients use Clever for single sign on. If you know that your school or organization uses Clever, choose the login with Clever option on your portal page. If you are not sure if your school or organization uses Clever, contact your instructor or Kuder Client Engagement.
    • You can reset your password by clicking the Forgot Password link. You will need to verify the zip code on the account and your secret answer.  
    • In the administrative database, admins can provide the user with a temporary password by navigating to Find A User. 
    • For Clever users, if the username and/or password is forgotten, you will need to check with your  instructor or the district IT department.
    • Click on Forgot Username to have your username emailed to you if you remember the email that your account is associated with. If the username reminder email is blank, you can contact Kuder Client Engagement to have one of our team members look up your account by name. 
    • In the administrative database, admins can also look up a username by navigating to Find A User if the user is attached to their organization.  
    • For Clever users, if the username and/or password is forgotten, you will need to check with your instructor or the district IT department. 
    • If your school uses Clever, there is no need for users to register. 
    • The activation code can be found in the administrative database by clicking the Navigator Activation Code or Journey Activation Code link on the right-hand side of the page.  
    • For Navigator users, this code will begin with an “N”. 
    • For Journey users, this code will begin with a “J”.  
    • Activation codes are meant for users to register or retake assessments. Some landing pages do not need activation codes.
    • Users can continue to use their Kuder account by logging in once a year to keep the account up to date.

For Administrators:

    • To log in as an administrator for the administrative database, there will be an administrator login option or link on the following sites:

    • To log in as an Administrator to Kuder Journey, please visit journey.kuder.com
    • Each landing page can be different. For Administrators within our active statewide system networks, please select your system from this list. If you do not know how to reach your landing page, please contact your own school or organization for your landing page link, or reach out to Kuder Client Engagement.
    • When an organization is set up, the primary contact designated will receive an implementation email that has the organization access code and organization password.  
    • Anyone with an admin account can share the organization access code and organization password with other educators that need access to the same account. 
    • The organization access code and organization password are just for registration. 
    • In the administrative database, the organization access code and organization password can be found by clicking the Administration tab then clicking the link for Access Codes. 
    • For Clever users, some educators may be able to user Clever to login and will not need to register.
    • Education plans can be approved using the Education Plans report. 
    • The Education Plans report can be found by clicking the Reports tab, then selecting the Education Plans link under the Activity Progress Reports section. 

Other:

    • If a student previously held an account through Clever, the student would need to transition this account by going to navigator.kuder.com.  
    • The steps begin by clicking the Need Help Signing In link.
